The FixGDPR WordPress plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). The terms of that license apply to the plugin code.
Content you generate through the Service (such as privacy policies) is yours. We claim no ownership over content you create.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixGDPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
